Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By creating or using a Class Coach account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. A child who cannot consent independently may use Class Coach only with permission and oversight from a parent, legal guardian, or other properly authorized adult.

Educational support

Class Coach provides organization, study, reflection, and coaching tools. It does not replace a teacher, tutor, counselor, medical professional, or emergency service. AI-generated information may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for checking school requirements and completing their own work.

Accounts and authorized student access

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting passwords and player codes, and activity under your account. Parents, guardians, coaches, mentors, and school personnel may add or connect a student only when they have appropriate permission and authority.

Connected school services

Google Classroom, Canvas, and other connected services have their own terms and may change or restrict access independently of Class Coach. The Google Classroom connection is read-only: it does not submit schoolwork, create assignments, change grades, or manage rosters. Students remain responsible for confirming assignments, due dates, grades, and instructions with their school.

Acceptable use

Do not use Class Coach to break laws, harm or impersonate others, invade privacy, bypass school rules, submit work dishonestly, interfere with the service, extract protected systems or data, or upload content you do not have permission to use. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect students, users, or the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Edchange permission to host, process, copy, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate and improve the requested Class Coach features. You are responsible for having the right to provide that content.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans automatically renew monthly or annually until canceled. Checkout displays the current price, additional-student charges, trial length, discounts, and the date a charge will occur. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method. Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal available from the Billing page. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep Class Coach secure and available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be interrupted or changed. To the extent allowed by law, Edchange is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
